[FUGSPBR] Dummynet naum funfa +!

Pessoal!

    Oq posso estar fazendo errado? Jah configurei o dummynet algumas
vezes e
naum tive problemas + agora to com um. Seguinte:

/usr/local/etc/rc.d/dummynet.sh

Essa eh a configuração de meu server, ele eh gateway e faz NAT com
T-Proxy tb.
Tem samba, consigo controlar o upstream/downstream numa boa + o serviço
de
Trasp.proxy naum tah shapeado.... Pq? Meus clientes conseguem fazer
downloads
de ateh 30kbps da Internet. + quando o arquivo estah nele mesmo (no
server) o download eh shapeado/limitado. Como isso?
Obs: xl0=minha rede
        xl1=internet
