[FUGSPBR] FUGSPBR] Perl + ApacheSSL

perl fede mesmo,mas tenta isso:

perl Makefile.PL EAPI=1

se for true(1) ele habilita EAPI, se nao for definido ele nao habilita.
Tambem pode tentar usar um apache sem EAPI.
