[FUGSPBR] Licq - Erro

bom galera queria saber se alguem ai pode me ajudar...
eu instalei o qt 2.3 pelo ports e agora tou compilando o Licq e ateh ai tudo bem... mas quando vou instalar os plugins do Licq no plugins/qt-gui eu executo o ./configure e ele acusa esse erro:
checking for QT libraries... no :-(
configure: error:
I can't find the QT libraries. It is recommended to set the QTDIR environment
variable.
Install the QT libraries, or if you have them installed, override this check
with the --with-qt-libraries argument, and I'll take your word for it.

ja tentei especificar as librarias com --with-qt-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib
acho que eh la que o ports instalou as librarias do QT... estou errando no diretorio das librarias que o ports instalou o Qt ou algo diferente?
Quem puder me ajudar ai valeu desde já!
