Instalei esse pct pro pessoal aqui a um bom tempo
(https://mail.dep.ufscar.br/cgi-bin/wpass.cgi), ainda não testei
hehehe, mas o pessoal falou que funciona.

Ja verificou permissão do CGI? Vc pode rolar CGI? Pra ver se ele não
retorna erro, execute o perl em cima dele.
