[FUGSPBR] Como configurar Wireless AVAYA

Até agora nao consegui colocar minha AVAYA pra funcionar....
Quem puder me ajudar eu agradeço,
Abaixo está o dmesg da minha maquina, e o rc.conf.
Pelo que sei, o cartao tem que acender um led qdo está funcionando
corretamente e até no momento esse cara nao acende.
Já alterei todos os IRQ possiveis no pccard_flags com o parametro -i, mesmo
assim foi insuficiente.
