tava dando uma olhada no seu rc.conf que vc mandou no primeiro mail, dei 
uma alterada, tentaaceertar ae ve se funciona

Desse jeito eh pra funcionar sem problemas... =)
todas as maq internas tem que ter como gateway o ip 10.0.0.49
