minha rota default eh ip do modem, sendo

xx.xx.xx.46 -> minha maquina
xx.xx.xx.1  -> ip do modem e rota default da minha maquina

vc habilitou forwarding de pacotes? 

[goto] ~> sysctl net.inet.ip.forwarding
net.inet.ip.forwarding: 1

se seu estiver "0" altere para 1.. (sysctl -w net.inet.ip.forwarding=1)



ipnat 

[goto] /var/log% -> ipnat -l
List of active MAP/Redirect filters:
map fxp0 192.168.100.0/24 -> xx.xx.xx.46/32
map fxp0 192.168.200.0/24 -> xx.xx.xx.46/32

meu ipnat.conf

[goto] /var/log% -> more /etc/ipnat.conf 
map fxp0 192.168.100.0/24 -> xx.xx.xx.46/32
map fxp0 192.168.200.0/24 -> xx.xx.xx.46/32


de uma olhada em suas configuracoes se nao esqueceu de nada..
