[FUG-BR] Problema com nmap

Eu estou usando o FreeBSD 6.0 quando uso o da a seguinte mensagem.

2 - Tenho o IPFW rodando como Firewall, mas já retirei todas as regras 
ficando a penas o regra "65535 allow ip from any to any" e nada.

3 - Estou rodando o NMAP como ROOT.

Alguem pode me ajudar???
