[FUG-BR] Erro no postgresql8.1

Aí Franklin, nunca passei por isso, mas dá uma olhada
no /usr/src/sys/conf/NOTES
lá tem alguns parâmetro que vc pode alterar no Kernel inclusive:

# Maximum number of System V semaphores that can be used on the system
at
# one time.
options         SEMMNI=11
# Total number of semaphores system wide
options         SEMMNS=61


que é o que a mensagem de erro está acusando que excedeu.

Aumente os valores e faça um teste, talvez resolva.
