Outro detalhe que foi  falado  dns  isso tb pode prejudicar se nao
estiver resolvendo el fica com espera por timeout.
Você  tem alguma referência a nomes em UNC
\\servidor\compartilhamento dentro do executável se tem tente mudar
pra  IP  \\IP\compartilhamento. .
