[FUG-BR] [Duvida] Atualizando o ports em freebsd 4.10 - Missao Impossivel?

Ola pessoALL!!
Gostaria de saber de voces, como fazer a atualizacao dos programas que
necessitam de atualizacao atraves do portupgrade? Ja tentei de tudo, e por
incrivel que pareca esta dificil :(
