Instalado, compilado e testando aqui.

Desde já vai uma dica:
Se tentar ativar o journaling numa partição /, ela não vai de jeito nenhum,
nem mesmo como init 1. Reboot em single mode e ative com
 tunefs -j enable /

Nas outras partições, RTFM.
