pessoal, fiz outra instalação de FreeBSD em um outro servidor, hp proliant
ml110 g6, máquina com 4GB de ram, proc xeon, instalei o FreeBSD 8 amd64

php-5.3.3

Apache/2.2.16 (FreeBSD) mod_ssl/2.2.16 OpenSSL/0.9.8n DAV/2 PHP/5.3.3 with

já passei por esse problema esses dias atras, os procedimentos são os mesmos
que eu sempre uso, na qual outro servidores tem funcionado....
pelo menos nos da série 7.X todos funcionaram,
