[FUG-BR] Falha em controladora MPT0 ( LSI Logic SAS/SATA )

Oi,

Já vi isso acontecer quando a versão do firmware da controladora
difere com a versão do driver do FreeBSD?
Qqual versão do FreeBSD você está usando? Se não o 9.2 tem firmware
v14 e 10.0 v16.
