  Após algumas brigas com o meu ports eu consegui.

  Feito pelo /usr/ports/misc/zoneinfo.

  1º ) Atualizar o ports
  2º ) cd /usr/ports/misc/zoneinfo
  3º ) make clean && make && make install
  4º ) tzsetup ( setar o time zone )
  5º ) zdump -v /etc/localtime | 2006 && zdump -v /etc/localtime | grep 
2007

  Eu acho que tinha algo errado no meu /usr/ports/distfiles. Depois que 
apaguei de lá e fiz ele fazer o download denovo resolveu.
