[FUG-BR] PostgreSql

O pessoal q instalou e configurou o bd disse q nao precisa mexer neste arquivo a mesma esta comentanda no arquivo postgresql.conf. Como nao tenho experiencia em configuracao de bd, fico grato com qq ajuda dos srs.
